International Broadcast Centre

The International Broadcast Centre (IBC) will be located in the annex building of the Palau Sant Jordi, as it was during the World Swimming Championships in 2003.

Written press and TV/radio press members will sometimes share different services, such as computer services, catering, security, administrative services, equipment storage, transport and press releases.

The Palau Sant Jordi annex building will be connected to the Olympic Stadium by an exclusive access area for media representatives. It will take just under five minutes to cross from one building to the other.

The event’s television signal will be broadcast by Televisión Española (TVE), Spain’s national public broadcaster, a body with great international experience and a distinguished member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
